Refund policy

We can change an order before processing by canceling the current order and having you place a new one for the correct item, so if you catch a mistake in an order before you receive the processing notification email, then we can cancel the current order.

Items can only be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a store credit to be used on a future purchase or exchange size if the size needed is available. Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags MUST be attached.

All on sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions.  Original shipping is non refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We at no cost are responsible for washed items. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like masks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
No refunds. We will give store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given store credit.
